Cancellation/Returns Policy

To ensure that your account is properly closed when you no longer need the service, please provide a 30-day notice of cancellation via email or phone. 

Refund:

To receive a refund for any unused months of service if the client passed away or was admitted into a Long-Term Care Facility, you must return the equipment that came with your order, including power supplies, neck pendants, wristlets, and charging cradles. Note that if cancellation is done at the beginning of the month, that month will be charged, so make sure to get the equipment back in time.

Returns:

You have 30 days from the date you received the item to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and proof of purchase must be provided.

How to return device:

 Once we have received the notice of cancellation, we will provide a prepaid return label via USPS with a tracking number, make sure to send back the unit and any accessories (e.g., necklace, wristlet, charging cradles, and phone cords).
